The markup appearing on the streets and on the ground around Quincy.
You know - like spray-can gang tags, but these are done by workers in trucks with spray-cans of particular colors to show the underground utility locations.

They should hire some unemployed graffiti artists. The results would be far more aesthetically pleasing, don't you think?
