This is not the Nash referenced in the song. This is a Metropolitan, that was the larger Rambler; but they looked similar, and the song is more fun if you imagine this one.

Roses are Red (Redux)

There are roses (and more) in bloom all around town.

These are ours.

Roses are red,

Bridal veil's white.

Dead nettle isn't.

Snow in summer? Might.

It's not easy being green, or rhyming.
